1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, sealed in their original packaging, and in perfect resalable condition.
2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances once their original packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with:

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Items that show any signs of use, washing, or damage.
3. Process for Unopened/Defective Items

Unopened Items: If you receive an incorrect or unwanted item that is completely sealed in its original manufacturer's packaging, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and a refund will be issued upon receipt and verification.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is physically damaged (e.g., cracked cup, broken toothbrush handle) or defective straight out of its sealed package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. No Refunds for Opened Products
For the protection of all customers, we adhere to a strict no-return policy on any opened personal hygiene product. Please choose carefully.
