Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Packaging
Orders are processed and packed on business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). We use secure, appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit, especially for fragile items like ceramic cups.

2. Shipping Areas
We ship to all contiguous 48 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs & Times

  • Cost: Free standard shipping is provided on all orders.

  • Time: See FAQ section for estimated delivery timeframes. These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses.

4. Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number and link once your order is shipped. Please use this to monitor your package's progress.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to address errors.

  • Package Not Received: If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office/leasing office first. Contact us within 5 days for assistance filing a claim with the carrier.
